DAR Explorer V0.5

Here you can download the latest update for Dar Explorer . This update is mostly about quality of life (easier control and usage) as well as bug fixes (things that were not working properly). I took the time yesterday to use this tool as a regular user. I felt quite satisfied with all I was able to attain. I heavily modified lots of DAR mods and made it work together, I even created a little new mod for "unarmed combat" by combining many different animations I had from older LE mods... and so. At the same time, I was surprised by lots of bugs and stuff that I forgot from doing properly for V0.4. During this weekend, I'm considering working on two new tools. One for editing SPID settings, and another one to allow playing Skyrim animations directly from the Windows Explorer.

DAR Explorer V0.4 (very alpha)

Here is the new updated, packed with so many things that I can't believe it I did it myself... You can grab it here , as well as Nexus (hopefully) click here . Here is the changelog: - CHANGE the actual Skyrim installation folder in DAR EXPLORER.INI (for those of you who have more than one Skyrim folder) - ADD new CONDITIONS and ANIMATIONS (you can select them from anywhere in your disc, and the tool takes care of it). - COPY and PASTE ANIMATIONS... this means, you can copy any animation from your load order or outside of it, and place it inside any DAR Condition. - EDIT the actual rules for each condition. - LIST available Skeletons in the NIF section. - Small improvements to the UI. All these are still quite in alpha. Everything works, but everything is untested and I look forward to improve it. Improvements would be related to ease of use, and in the case of Copy/Paste, to allow other sources of animations. Please feel free to send feedback, as many of you are doing. It'...

Skyrim Animations Player

After chatting with some other Skyrim enthusiasts, we come to realize that a proper Skyrim animations' player is not available to the public right now. So, I'll try to change that during this weekend. Hopefully, by Monday I'll be able to publish both DAR Explorer V0.4 and a first version of Skyrim's Animation Player. Wish me good luck!

Posting DAR Explorer V0.3

If you are reading this, it's most probably because you are looking for DAR Explorer, the very first Tool I dared to try to release at Nexus' Skyrim Mods without much luck. After literarly 3 days waiting for Nexus to approve my tool to be hosted there, I decided to implement this very simple blog, and serve the file and its updates here; at the same time, it might not be a bad idea to keep a personal blog like this with all my Skyrim related stuff and with time, post other stuff I've built for my own use in trying to deal with a largely increasing loadorder of Skyrim mods. I know this blog is surely quite ugly to the sight, but I humbly expect it to serve it's purpose. I promise to later try to make it look better. Without much further ado, the first "available" release of DAR Explorer: click here Expect bugs and for it to look very ugly. Please post feedback. I'll be doing fixes and improving it every few days.
